SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-7 days production time for your order to ship out. All orders are shipped 5-7 business days after being placed.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at email@example.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. If you are unable to use the items, you must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase minus the cost of shipping. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive at our facility before receiving a refund. Once we receive your return package, we will provide you with a refund minus the cost of SHIPPING.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct address. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission. If the item is in transit, you must contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and provide them with the correct information.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days. Please note business days does not include Saturdays & Sundays. ie: if you place an order on Monday, your package will be shipped by next Wednesday.
I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
Absolutely! We are here to help you! Please send us an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks. Please allow 4-5 business days for your email to be answered.
My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Please note, we are not responsible for packages that are marked delivered. Once an item is marked delivered, you must contact your local post office regarding your package. You can also contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777, provide them with your tracking info.
We are responsible for all purchases until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; Please contact USPS and file a claim for your missing item. We are not responsible for loss, stolen, or missing items.
Prior to contacting USPS, please ensure your name, address are correct.
Someone Stole My package, What can I do?
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or your selected shipping carrier. Please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777, provide them with your tracking info.
If your package is stolen, you must file a claim with your local police department.
My package are being returned due to a shipping error?
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. There is also a reshipping fee of $8 to ship the item to the correct address. We ask that all buyers double check their shipping address to prevent these delays. We ask that all buyers use their correct mailing address.
Please remember that if your package was shipped, we have paid USPS for shipping, which is NON REFUNDABLE.
Please note, once we receive your package, we will provide you with a full refund minus the cost of shipping & fees ($10.00)
You may send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org via PayPal if you would like your package to be re-shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
